There are several options for getting support on the DiaStar™ Server and its clients:

Community Support

Free community support is available via two mailing lists:

• DiaStar Users mailing list - for questions about installation, configuration and use of the DiaStar™ server and chan_woomera client
• DiaStar Developers mailing list - for questions about DiaStar™ server and chan_woomera client code

We would also ask users to consult our Mantis bug tracking system. Here is a short overview of how to use the system.

If you are having a problem, there may already be an open bug on it. If your problem proves to be a defect, we would also appreciate a bug being opened.

Paid Support Options

There will also be paid support options available. When our program is finalized, links will be posted here.
